JOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to lending staff, preparing necessary paperwork. Help to keep files accurate, current, and informative as requested. Provides prompt, efficient and friendly services to customers.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferably three years of experience in a financial institution
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended time periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Occasional bending and stooping required
- Required to keyboard and view LCD screen for extended time periods
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principals
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft/Windows
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task
